What my own industry says that there is a lack local IT professionals from within America and Europe who would be willing to work at the wages offered without hemming and hawing. WTF is a Computer Graphics Initiated Missile? Does he mean CGI - Computer Generated Imagery?

Submarine Launched Capable Missile again twice after the 3 minute mark.

Their expert doesn't know what SLCM stands for. He thinks Computer Graphics can "initiate" a missile. And his source of 'technical information' is a tweet. That's some quality news media right there.

and then the expert revealed as missile took 8 seconds from launch to hit the target so nobody whispered that video length is shortened to share with public and is not a complete video of test.
