There Should Be No Objections If Imran Khan Launches His Sons Into Pakistan Politics. !

There's a saying in Urdu....''Jesey Zabha karney waley....wesey hi khaney waley''...roughly translated, condemned rulers are meant to rule condemned people.
Take Zardai clan for example, what have they ever done for people of Sindh... people of Thar were suffering and dying like in sub-Saharan states..... yet they turn up at their rallies and consider Bhutto as immortal.
When you have such illiterate at your disposal, why would these elite give up on the cookie jar.
We need something of a bloody revolution to eliminate these elites and the disgusting fat body Maulanas with same sword.
I should have mentioned that part, and you are absolutely right, its the people not the rulers.

Did he reach his current position (as interior minister?) due to nepotism? If not, then allowing him to grow in the party, if he performs well, should be only natural.

I agree we don’t want PTI to be seen as a Pashtun/Khan dominated party, but I was pointing out a unique aspect of this persons background that can be relevant to our strategic needs.

Considering how important a stable and secure Afghanistan is for Pakistan, training/vetting a candidate to see if they are potential future Prime minister or Foreign minister material, is not nepotism, but putting the national interests over perception.

Other candidates that have been making progress in the party (such as Hammad Azhar and Murad Saeed) should also be given a chance to grow. If their capabilities are best suited towards the national interests I see no problem promoting them over Afridi as a successor to the current Prime minister or Foreign minister.

But who ever succeed the current team, I hope it is not any of their children, so we can break this cycle.
Re-read what I quoted from your post. I'm not questioning his abilities but your "significant surname" thing

.
I wouldnt back that at all
I voted for him because I disagree with the mughliya tarz e hakomat of baboon league and zinda bhuttos

.
Imran could launch one of his ex-wives in particular as a WMD, never mind as a politician.

Bro it's a sarcastic post questioning the views of opposition, which in itself is anti democratic in every way possible trying to fool the nation by portraying itself as defenders of democracy to protect their family rights to be worshiped and their self proclaimed right to loot and plunder this nation.
I came here to see these opposition supporters comments, but seems like they all vanished in thin year :D

the significant surname aspect was in relation to the martial history of his ancestors. It’s an element that can be used to market him (if he earns the job through merit first) as a warrior toward our external enemies. Kipling’s poem Soldier was about being slaughtered by the Afridis in particular if I’m not mistaken.

Yeah that is the definition of Nepotism. You cannot credit (or discredit) someone for the deeds of his/her ancestors.

.
Yes why not...if people voted for them ...this is how it works ..whoever people voted for be its IK son or any other leader in his party

It identity politics, not nepotism. At best you could say it’s favoritism based on his ethnicity, but like I said earlier, he has to work his way through the party and prove himself. should he turn out to be incapable of doing the job, he should be taken out of the running early on.

Should he be up for Foreign minister position, for example, in a few election cycles (10-15 years), the party will have to see if he is a strong candidate that can make an impact and has acquired the skills growing in the party.

Building a strong image to external adversaries , once you have won the seat through a fair election by arguing the merits of your party, is what all countries surrounded by potential threats do.

The recent story so far, ZAB brings his daughter BB to run his party, she proves to be a good wife and shares her fortunes with her husband who serves Pakistan by charging only 10% fees....eventually takes over the reign of power, before his shelf life expires, he puts his unknown gender next of kin Biloo in charge....and now his young daughter is also preparing to share the slice of the cake.
On the other side, NS brings his brother SS to share the stage who obliges by throwing in his own son Hamza to scoff some of the cream. Nawas Sharif's own sons are not exactly a sight for sore eyes so enter the glamorous naraz, nakam and nalyaq Nani....imitating Benazir, she likewise throws in her Captain to do the Mujra side of her politics.
Not to be outdone now we are witnessing that Bah Bah Yousaf Gillanis cartoons are running the show in Multan.
This is the only acceptable version of democracy by these corrupt politicians who are playing musical chairs with our nation....
It's also said that Imran Khan is PTI and vice versa....so in future if IK decides to bring his sons into politics and lead the PTI....no one should complain and accept it as a norm of politics in Pakistan.
Didn't Benazir join politics after Z A Bhutto died?

.
I hope Imran khan doesn’t bring his sons into politics, and promotes on merit. One candidate that should be given more of an opportunity to grow in the party is Shehryar Khan Afridi. (I don’t know this person personally, I’m just basing my opinion on the work he seems to be doing)

An additional factor is the need to build decent relation with Afghanistan, and considering his background, he may be able to connect with them on personal terms which is how they do diplomacy. His surname also hold significance, due to the Martial history of his ancestors.

This is why he should be given more opportunities and his management style honed. He also has the human touch, which many will appreciate.

We want PTI to bring Murad Saeed for Premiership in 2028 election. For 2023 IK needs to return.

Damn murad saeed. Murad is same like fayyaz chohan, Abid sher ali, Rana sanaullah. Big bad gutter like mouth.

good. monarchies are more stable than democracies and better when you have an uneducated and largely tribal population.

Well you can easily point to (and look at) Murad Saeed performance. He know how to debate. He don't go below the belt. He performe well. He have everything that you need in a leader of Sub continent. You may say he is too bold and out spoken to be a leader but isn't that what can work in this part of the world ? Bring Nelson Mandela in Pakistan and even if he run from 4 different constituencies, he will loose all. Our people don't understand , don't need and won't let a leader like him. Only the likes of Muraad Saeed (with no major defects) can work for us and is working . See performance of his ministries.

It's too bad that you see no different among Muraad Saeed and all other names that you mentioned, Including chohan.
