there is a huge need of a police force assembled by PAKARMY , in which urdu speakers come forward, for karachi, & give them accmodation just like of army troops in some other area just like army garisons with hospitals & schools for the families too?
& its command should be given under PAKARMY, & let the old force gurd the politicians?
at least 1 hundred thousand police soilders for karachi!
1000 mobiles , 1000 bike riders bullet proofs, 500 apcs with good armour , heli,s if possible & a good 4 way command center watching 24/7 all the camera,s needed there?

I hope we understand, according to constitution.... army can only be called in a state of emergency.
While, in a state of emergency, Pakistan's foreign parliament stand expired.
Only, President is head of state and army makes rules and decisions.... with full authority.
