The National Assembly was told on Friday that about five million illegal immigrants were residing in different parts of the country due to local and regional disturbances.

In a written statement, the Ministry of Interior told the NA that out of the five million illegal immigrants, approximately two million were Bangladeshis, 2.5 million were Afghans, and 0.5 million other nationals, including Africans, Iranians, Iraqis and Myanmarese, who had been living in the country for more than three decades.

So Apart from 10 Million Illegal Migrants in India, There are 2 Million Illegal Immigrants in Pakistan too.

Seems Bangladesh has the Largest Overseas Disapora.

Yes some are old timers..But many arrived after 1971..and still arrive...Airport security forces are specially instructed to look out for Illegal immigrants on flights arriving from Bangladesh.
But most have links in Karachi,they arrive on Visas but over stay.
But like i said,they keep to themselves and are generally very peaceful people so nobody has problem with them...Police doesn't go on illegal Bangladeshi hunt and Deport them,because they are no threat to anybody unlike some other nationalities.

Well I think mostly are pre 71 Pakistani bengalis. Lots of bengalis lived in PAK and stayed back. Bro I believe that there are
illegal BDs but 2 million is too high a figure. As @Zabaniya showed in the above post by giving reference of wiki, I believe it is

They even own their own businesses of Sweet stores, Bakeries, Fast food centres etc. As for figure it seems correct cuz 2 million Bengalis(legal & illegal) are only in Karachi in Chiittagong Colony, Musa Colony, Orangi Town etc. The total figure of legal & illegal is somewhere around 3-3.4million.

I think GoP should give them nationality & not only that but give nationality to Biharis too who are stranded in Bdsh.

Bro why should brothers have communal tension. But bro still, don't you think that 2 million figure is way too high? and no
Biharis should be given BD citizenship since they are more integrated into BD society today. Lots of them have already been
