We should remember that India released our 90, 000 soldiers in 1971 war, we should also respect human rights issues. Muhammad (P. B. U. H) never treated prisoners like this. And we say we are Muslim country
I personally heard the stories from victims, they wept while narrating even after a passage of more then a decade.

Pakistan should know that the next Sepoy Arif Alvi won't be sent back nicely:

Empty threat??

Not interested.

The Messenger (Peace be upon him) also advised not to open your mouth without knowing the full facts. And we don't need to say we are Muslim country, ALHAMDOLILAH everyone knows it already.

@Peaceful Civilian is a fool living in his delusions. Don't waste time on him.

So you returned the body of our soldier? You are such disgusting creatures..

Here is another horrific incident where a Pak ranger who lost his way and crossed loc was tortured,multilayer and shot point blank;

Are all his finger nails intact?

Are any teeth broken / missing?

Any fingers missing?

Any broken bones?

Any ear missing?

None of the above? Then what torture are we talking about?

This guy is able to walk, talk, see, smell and hear - all senses intact. What a bunch of cry-babies!

Pakistan has given an inhumane treatment to Indian soldier Chandu Babulal Chauhan who had inadvertently crossed the Line of Control on September 29, 2016 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking about the brutality of Pakistani Army to Indian media, Chauhan said Pakistani Army used to beat him regularly and tortured him through various means. He said that he was given drug injections on a daily basis.Pakistani soldiers regularly asked him about his motive in crossing the LoC.Moreover, Pakistani soldiers also tried to get information on Indian Army camps near LoC.

Due to extreme torture, Chauhan has difficulty remembering several things and the fingers of his right hand have various injury marks.

Minister of State for Defence Dr Subhash Bhamre said nothing more could be expected from the Pakistani side. However, he did not answer whether India would take against Pakistan for this.

In what Pakistan called a goodwill gesture, it released Chauhan recently. He was handed over to Indian authorities at the Wagah-Attari joint check post.

Chavan, 22, of 37 Rashtriya Rifles, was taken into custody by Pakistan Army after he “inadvertently” crossed the LoC from Krishna Ghati sector in Jammu and Kashmir on September 29 last year.Pakistan Army spokesperson Maj. Gen. Asif Ghafoor said in a statement that Chavan “deserted his post at the LoC due to his grievances of maltreatment against his commanders”.”He wilfully crossed LoC on September 29, 2016 and surrendered himself to Pakistan Army,” he said.

What absolute bull crap ( holy God crap if you are an indian and thus it is admissible for you )

Chuhan is a soldier, he would and should know nothing about any plans which are not divulged any lower than
the brigade level.

He is a deserter and left that side of the border.

Nor pakistan neither indian army needs info on loc bases; we all know what is where and how it is positioned.
For F's sake, it is plane border barring kashmir.

Look at his face, does it look like he has been given daily drug injections and beatings ?

These Hindu-stanis ..

Indian army little ego has been hurt when we treated his soldier with dignity a word which indians dont know. What we can expect from baniya nation

NEW DELHI/GILGIT: India and Pakistan proved their commitment to the peace process on Sunday when an Indian Army helicopter that ‘strayed’ into Pakistan territory was returned with four army officials aboard after the courtesy of refueling by the Pakistan Army.

In the past, such an incident may have led to heightened tensions between the two countries. But the hotlines already present between the directors-general of military operations of the two countries were immediately activated, explanations sought and given and the helicopter returned before sunset.

An Indian army officer said: “It is a rough area. The Line of Control (LoC) is not a straight line. Therefore, if the weather is not good, a helicopter can land in the wrong area in an emergency, or even on the other side of the LoC. Civilian aircrafts have right to land in any country in case of emergency, as per international law. But as this was not a civilian aircraft, naturally there was an investigation.”

The Pakistan Army said an Indian army helicopter came 40 kilometres inside Pakistani territory, in the Olding sector of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The chopper was carrying three officers and one enlisted man. It was forced to land in Ahmedabad, a small town in Gilgit-Baltistan, at around 1 pm. An army official, who wished to remain anonymous, said the helicopter, along with the four Indian military officials, was allowed to return after “intervention at the highest level.”

Before the two countries agreed to a ceasefire in 2004, the LoC was one of the most volatile borders between India and Pakistan where crossfire between forces stations alongside the frontier was a routine matter.

“The helicopter had come deep into our airspace. It was forced to land,” military spokesperson Major-General Athar Abbas told Reuters.

What best way to divert attention from Haldi Daal menu , either 4 months later start chest thumping all over on the surgical circus or start mouthing off against Pakistan Army.... just see how the billion idiots fall for it every time, rather than addressing the reason and humiliation of their soldier deserting and deliberately crossing into Pakistan, the morons are simply pointing fingers.... simple question, if he was mistreated, why was he reluctant to return to the Indian paradise.
Feed him well before he exposes the reality.
