What do u mean ? China dont use pfizer vax, how do u compare directly ?
If u referring to the fact covid is spreading very fast there now, all vax are doing poorly on infection protection.

Well simply by the fact that's been more than a year now that we have had lockdowns and China is still suffering from outbreaks... Why hasn't it been contained yet ? while you guys had a more strict COVID lockdown policy... You're still recovering at a much slower pace... That's what is being shown and seems that only now some cities are normalizing...

Where in the world was Covid contained? Only China contained it with Zero Covid which allowed its economy to recover and grow faster than anyone else.

China gave up Zero Covid one month ago so obviously there was a huge uptick for a population that was protected from it through Zero Covid for three years.

But the vaccines did their job with very few deaths when you considered that 100s of millions were infected and major cities are already passed the peak with whole provinces reporting 90% infected and now with natural immunity.

This is just within a month's time. If the vaccines did not work, you would see a catastrophy like India during Delta. That is clearly not happening in China with a lot of hospitals already emptying.
