The Un-Intended Eye Opener Of 27th Feb:---

Qaum pata nahe kaya kahaniyaen suna rahe hai.

Mirages - ground attack. Look at @Oscar posts, he is correct abt the Rose upgrade.
FC1 or F16 - none crossed LoC. F16 were present at higher altitudes & were carrying uncle sams 'amraams'.
FC1 marked all hits.
Heli was unfortunate, came under 'friendly fire' by their own forces. They are themselves to blame.

What does it look like? i have tried to enhanced it

This answers the incapacity delimna of Indian pilots, the Russians seem to guard their tactics a little too closely. Yet this presents a problem for us in the future, indians are increasingly going into the American fold, this means their pilot prowess will improve...

Not really. The IAF is already being trained by the "so called" best of the best, the israelis, and we have seen the result.

Israelis have limited exposure to real time engagements with potent adversaries so there reputation is more theoretical, same can not be said of the Americans, Indians are going for western platforms now, the west will now be able to train Indians on platforms they understand, platforms they created in accordance with their tactics, i still think this will improve the capacity of Indians pilots. I am not saying they cann match up to PAF capacity because PAF is long past bieng trained, a time comes when the student assumes the mantle of a teacher, PAF is at that stage, IAF will need decades to get where we are presently in pilot competency and tactics yet the fact still stands that with more American involvement a PAF and IAF engagement will no longer be a simple turkey shoot. Our boys on the other hand do love a good challenge ofcourse.

all action happened on the Northern Comm. Not Western.

Not really, here is the info, he was sacked because the operations happen under his Western Air Command.
WAC also has a forward headquarters located at Chandigarh near the Army's Western Command. There is an Air Operations Group, formed in 1982, located at Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, which is principally tasked with the defence of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.[3]

Nothing is permanent mate, Indians are not lesser human biengs they are just lesser men as things stand right now. I fear the day they assume modesty and abandon the belief that appearances is everything because that will be the day they start that journey towards competence. That is why i love Modi so much, he has made our job so so much easier.
