You are not supposed to fire warnning shots unless the intruders are atleast 5 km within your airspace. You talk about Pakistan threating to shootdown US drones, then you should have known on how many occasions US invaded & bombarded within Pakistan's border. And do remember that Military do not have the provision to decide whether to invade a country or retaliate, under current system.
