Yes! Scam-that's what it is. Every new battle space platform is now 'stealth.' Fyi,there's a new Pole-Brit stealth tank!

It was only a matter of time.

The f117 introduced the stealth concept to the public in the early 90s who thanks to MSM spin didn't understand it wasn't so much a star trek cloaking device but rather a catch all word describing the lo observable tech incorporated.

The 'stealth' word stuck and everyone, his uncle, neighbour and dog ran with it! Now there are stealth corvettes/frigates/destroyers/subs and 4.5++ FSBs and maybe even a specop stealth ATV in the works coming soon to youtube presented by Andy Machowicz of Future Weapons!

The truth is the whole 'stealth' thing is an idea pushed by manufacturers via the MSM onto an unwitting public who jump onto the idea-especially guys on forums like this.
Eg,even tier 2 nations like Brazil and Turkey have their own EO satellites, doubtless with real time data link-do you really think a fleet of hugely expensive RAM coated frigates will remain invisible for long? What about drones?
The f35 and other 'stealth' FSBs may be low observable but what about the the PGMs and/or tanks it carries underwing? Without an internal bomb bay it will be radar tracked like simpler jets. Yes,the f35 has a tiny bomb bay but the point remains.

Also the RAM coating wears away at high speed and requires periodic replenishment. There is also a working acoustic radar tech that hears the aircraft fuselage in the wind. From Belarus its impossible for the system to be spoofed.
Basically,lo observation tech is real:real life invisibility akin to sci fi cloaking?? HELLZ NO!!

well kid big corporation and super powers who are investing billions in new tech are not fools no one does so much research until or unless they know or say have calculated potential benefits from it .

Guys, its a forum! Pls enlighten me.
point is stealth is not some kind of cloaking tech which will make you invisble it was never like that what it does is that it makes or say fakes your IR or EM signature on which all the sensors work which gives you enof time to sneak into enemy territory and creat confussion before the real cavalry arrives and finishes the job

Another 12 yr old infesting this forum...:frown:
What do you actually expect from a poster called kenyannoobie? Beside noob post?
I would expect two highly respected members of this forum, both with professional tag to be a bit better then this sir. No one have a right to insult or ridicule another member? Isn't that what your society stands for? No matter how ridiculous the question may be and how many times you have addressed that in the past, you had no right to make fun of a new member. The least you could do is to refer him to a post you have made in the past explaining this and leave it to him to study and decide.
Sorry for saying all this in open forum but i had to convey this message to you two gentlemen. It is up to you what you make of this.

Regards!

First...I did not come here seeking respect or title.

Second...Long before I joined, and it was by invitation because I did not know of this place, I took nearly 3 months of observing the forum and reading posts, especially in my areas of interests and knowledge, before I signed up.

Third...I have in the past politely point a new person in the appropriate direction, provided the person made a good impression of himself.

From what I have seen, this individual is here to troll, and that is my opinion based upon the title of this thread. I read it and there is not one iota of reasonable argument for or against. Nothing but sheer nonsense. Maybe I am hasty in my judgment. But I doubt it.

No one doubt your ability and would accuse you that you came here for title, i wont! I respect for your valuable contributions here and not the title and as far as i know, most of other people do the same.
As for your "asking politely in the past" thing, again, i have seen that and know that this is true. You have been quite helpful in that regard in the past.

The only problem i have that non of this would justify insulting someone on a public forum like this and since you have observed the forum for so long you know that we at least try to avoid such situation, thus my post. I am not aware of the history of the poster and if you feel that he is here to troll, i would respect your judgement and will request to report his such posts. (you are a senior members here, i wont question if you were right to take him as a troll or not, i believe you would be right! ) Sir this respect is not something that you should be grateful for, you have earned it but still this is what i have to ask from you. If you see some troll posts, please report it for the betterment of the forum you are now part of.

I wrote an article about stealth a few months ago, "respected" reply have already done. And after all the retrievable information on PDF alone does not satisfy him, I can not say anything other than ridicule said poster.

In this day and age, not knowing simply is not an excuse anymore, to put the "Search" function in good use is a must for any responsible poster, the use of google had replaced the need to ask out loud. And if he did not try to find the information itself and start blasting with his idea, then I think I am entitled to do the same.
you could have refereed him to that thread. I just replied to gambit and all of that hold true for you too.

The term is "All said and done"

A responsible thread starter would have research his topic before opening a new thread, they need to do that BEFORE (Emphasis on BEFORE) they open a thread, they should have gather all the material they can, and judge the material by its merit and then integrate the idea with these material and start a thread.

Let's look at it this way, if I start a thread on absolute nonsense like all men are rapist. I can be seriously believing the concept that all men are rapist, but that does not means I am a responsible poster by starting a thread without actually doing some basic research on the topic.
