I think Pakistan is also bankrupt now and India has too much money+nuclear weapons. I am afraid what will happen to beautiful Shanghai or Beijing when India will nuke them and China will require another 200 years to build their country again.

They already have, friend. So much for your description. China runs their economy, runs their industries, manages their economic assets, provides them with almost every weapon in their arsenal. They simply don't have a choice but to listen to China.
