The best solution is to divide the country. there is certainly a need of Dravidian country. Dravidian leaders such as Periyar supported Jinnah and Jinnah too wholesale promised to support them. But nothing much came out of it.

Very true. Much of this fascism was a result of British play of "Aryan origins". British came up with that theory to validate their rule (as they being more whiter are more "aryan" ) and also develop loyal devotional following among high caste hindus (who are told by the theory they are semi white or more corrupted white and the blame was put on dark skinned sub continent people who corrupted them by mixing with them). All this was really music to brahmins as they get to associate themselves with the most powerful demography in the world then (and now as well ) despite the reality they are far closer in appearance to their non-brahmin neighbors .

RSS also fancies itself as brown aryans and modelled on hitlers youth and other nazi groups. They also loved the anti-semitism of Nazis because theoretically Islam is also semitic. And whatever foul language Nazis used against jews they began to relate it against muslims.

Deep down an educated Hindu will support the extreme right winged Hindu parties and educated Muslims will support extremist Islamic parties...true but again it is a case of extremism risen from one side will lead to the other side taking the extremist route as well, you can decipher who has taken this extremist roue first...educated Hindus or Muslims.

All this talk of educated Indians voting for the development plank model of Modi in Gujarat has fallen by the wayside. More than the Gujarat development model, divide resulted by the Gujarat massacre has more to do with Hindus moving in droves towards Modi and BJP/other parties and Muslims living in the lurch, hated Modi but some voted him to be safe and secure...others remained neutral or supported Congress.
