Taliban leader that was droned in Baluchistan was entered Pakistan via Iran. He is known to stay and visit Iran all the time. If I am not wrong Iran also kept AQ and OBL families under house arrest ( safe house) in Iran for years. Until they decide to leave due to ill treatment by Iranian authorities.
