The Mughal Empire | From Babur To Aurangzeb

.
No wonder MILGEM based PN vassals are named after them…..

What a great Empire they established and laid the foundation of the Hindustani culture….

. .
They were great but I think Delhi Sultanate and 5 sultanates were greater

I loved the Delhi sultanate specfically the Khilji and Tughlaq era they were both hilarious era and period just due to the character of the rulers..

Muhammad bin Tughlaq was very feared at one point even by his own beaucrats then Ibn Battua came along on his journey and he impressed MBT so much that he was given a governmental post and hired.... fast forward few years Tughlaq was always suspicious and paranoid character taking down his officials one by one until he became suspicious of his favourite Ibn Battua himself who tried to flee the Delhi sultanate territories once he found out he was next target and at that point it delhi sultanate expanded thru out all of India so a chase ensued but unfortunately for Ibn Battua before jumping on a ship he was caught and jailed and then released few years later but to only be hired again on that same post but he acted as if he wanted the job just putting on an act but he fled at first opportunity to China when people were not suspecting

Tuqhlaq was legit crazy they didn't call him ''Mad genius'' for no reasons and he was very unpredictable character to be around for both friend and foe alike. He was over calculative to such degree perhaps it lead to permanent suspicious syndrome
