The Luxurious lives of Pakistani Generals - Top Google Story

2. After analysing the evidence brought before the Commission, we came to the conclusion that the process of moral degeneration among the senior ranks of the Armed Forces was set in motion by their involvement in Martial Law duties in 1958, that these tendencies reappeared and were, in fact, intensified when Martial Law was imposed in the country once again in March 1969 by General Yahya Khan, and that there was indeed substance in the allegations that a considerable number of senior Army Officers had not only indulged in large scale acquisition of lands and houses and other commercial activities, but had also adopted highly immoral and licentious ways of life which seriously affected their professional capabilities and their qualities of leadership.

All the more reason for slashing the defense budget by 30%.

Pak also needs to stop giving land or plots to Army Generals. They are building really big mansions
and then Politicians talk about land running out. In a city nobody should be allowed to build a house
bigger than 5 marla.

In the UK if I want to extend my kitchen I have to get planning permission from the local council, these
f@ckers are building mansions without asking anyone.

The Generals say the word and the state makes sure they are allotted prime land. And then the Generals say they are one of the few enterprises making money. Some members even went as far as saying the army can finance their own projects.

Needless to say, this problem needs to be tackled by the upcoming governments.

Jeez the past few years and more specifically months really have dealt a bad blow to the image of the army.

Bajwa wanted a fair few things go his way, but at what cost?

Would take some time and a great amount of effort to recover now.

Saw a kid of some (presumably) General sahab being esorted by around 6 SSG security detail in Islamabad, complete in their tracksuits with sidearms. The reception for the kid was nothing to write home about.
We are loosing this institution faster than we think. What a shame.

It is very recently that PDF has allowed members to post against the establishment. Earlier any such post used invite a ban, as late as an year back.

There has been a reluctance to accept that there has been a rot in the system. And this rot hasn’t started today.

I just read “Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report” end to end. A report not by an Indian agency but very own Chief Justice of Pakistan. He quotes dates as back as 1958.

This is what he had to say -

“ 2. 3. We then offered specific comments on the conduct of certain high officers including the Commander, Eastern Command, Lt. Gen A.A.K. Niazi.”

☝🏼And this isn’t even most damning piece in that report. Wine, women, financial misappropriation, you name it. It is all there.

What action was taken against these people? Was even their pension stopped? Is it possible that the rot was only restricted to those posted in the East? The current crop is just enjoying the fruits designed and devised by the system to milk the country for personal gains.

So anti Pakistan, Pro BJP, Islamophobic ANI is our today's PDF source for RR

Okay :)
If it leads to adding pressure on the Pakistani military to stop their violations of the constitution and fascist polices to stifle dissent and become more transparent and allow the necessary reforms in the institution, then there is nothing wrong with it.

Pakistan's biggest enemy right now is not India or the TTP, it is her institutions, especially the military, that are drunk on power and out of control.

India is leaving Pakistan further and further behind in the economy, research, education, governance, soft power etc. Our primary bragging rights currently revolve around Chinese generosity in providing Pakistan with military technology - its a disaster.

We are loosing this institution faster than we think. What a shame.

Met an army officer a few days back, and the guy was openly calling out Big B and a few others! He even has fake social media accounts through which he cusses the leadership! Imagine!

According to him, taqreeban poora course us ka is astounded at the fck ups of Big B led establishment

Indian funded propaganda.

@WebMaster @Horus
When you are arrested for opening your mouth beaten up in front of your kids, made naked, taken photos, raped and then send pictures to your kids, is that the Indian propaganda? If i was you don't open your mouth defending the generals again as those days are long gone when we blindly trusted them considered them as one of our own.
When we heard stories of Kiyani brother corruption thought it was just a propaganda and when we heard about the other generals kartoots still we showed patience.
For me less then hanging publicly for the regime change characters nothing else will do as they have betrayed our country, constitution, the uniform they wear, the institution they represent and let down the soldiers and officers who follow them.

But what exactly are the ‘sheep’ going to do about it?

Can’t put the entire burden on Imran Khan to carry - people need to organize protests themselves against the deteriorating state of the country.
The combination elite (mil/civ) wont let Pakistan wither away either. They cannot continue this royal lifestyle anywhere else indefinitely. So no revolution will come but Pakistan will continue to trundle along in this semi default state but just surviving enough

For your own sake please stop blaming India for all your ills.
India media is obviously rejoicing, but fact is a fact.

Read my post again. I didn't blame India

I simply pointed out the fact that ANI is an Islamophobic fake news peddler supported by ruling party of India
