My Ramadan routine.

Immediately after every salat.
35 deep pushups (no breaks and deep pushups)
35 squats with calf lifts. (Immediately after pushups and no breaks)

Takes about 3 to 4 minutes.

Isha I also add dumbbell shoulder press. Just one set.

Nice..I have started giving more attention to Cardio. Skipping ropes for a bit of warm up and than dashing up and down the stairs. Then a bit of light exercise utilizing my old pair of 10 KG dumbell
