What's new

The forum rules are constantly being breached - All Xinjiang elements are being posted outside of its designed mega-thread

At times it seems as if this place is modless and a plane without a pilot.. We need the rules to be enforced so the forum remains in harmony. Majority of xinjiang materials upto 95% are anyways blatant fake everyone and his dog knows this.. Don't let the forum spammed. I just see it as irrelevant news taking big junk of space

That's because it's modless.
Have you never noticed who has been banned and who hasn't?

You can hurl abuses, derail threads, break vague *** rules, but as long as you fit a very specific mod's viewpoint, you're scot free, the three strike policy doesn't apply, you will have infinite strikes.

If you're expecting neutral moderation, just take collect 4-5 threads as evidence and take it to GHQ, better chance there. That's if you're lucky enough to not get banned before.

How many members pay heed to rules actually? Time and again I have reminded fellow members to respect rules of this forum.

Now blame the Mods....

I said sorry but you or another mod banned me from the main Uyghur thread...

Rules for me but not the spamming Chinese bots...

When I visit the forum, and when I look at the latest topics, the contents related to the defense industries, counter-terrorism, Osint, defense projects or regional conflict areas are almost minimal. We only see a strange bombardment of content about the Chinese economy, about the Chinese consumer markets, about the how China is democratic country, about the how Uygurs are happy, especially at certain intervals in a day. I looked at the profiles of a few of these posters, half of the messages sent consisted of copy/paste thread openning content posts. What I understand here is that not only the content but rather the headlines and how the forum agenda looking by outside, have a value.

I really don't think people click on related sources for this and curious for similar content. Also, I don't think these kinds of things increase forum traffic, actually. You can easilly see that these individuals(?) are doing the same thing not only here, but all other forums with same concepts. Same persons, same contents, same working methods. What should we understand from this?

The honest question is, why is there a rule for the Chinese genocide topic being hidden under a single mega topic? No other topics from other countries get this treatment. There are hundreds of stand-alone new topics created when it comes to other countries ...nobody says to create one mega topic in those instances.

These topics stem from new articles, new findings, and new assessments and deserve a 'new' discussion specific to the update.

Lastly, we are talking about the genocide of Muslims here; this is too big to hide it under one topic, IMHO.

Sometime ago many members (including me plus other Chinese members) said their should be one big thread for all Xinjiang news (whether positive or negative news), the Mods agreed and they made one.
Then some of the anti-China members plus some Chinese members themselves objected because they wanted to be able to post ten threads a day , the Mods resorted to bans against some members but that didn't work and so the Mods (and rightly so) decided to give up.
If not only anti-China members but even some pro China members insisted that they should be allowed to post outside of the Xinjiang sticky thread, then why should the Mods care?
