As you know, Vietnamese Army is equipped fully more or less with Russian made weapons, including Sukhoi fighter jets. Maybe we will buy some of these commercial jets from you. But I think we will wait a while to see how the jets behave in normal operations.

That helps that Russia offers credit.

Foreign buyers of Russian Sukhoi Superjet -100 passenger planes may take credits to purchase the airliners to the tune of up to $2.5 billion, Russia’s Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a session of the Vneshekonombank observer council.

He stressed that an increase in the number of supplies of Russian planes abroad should be carried out with due regard for all the processes Russia got involved in after joining the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Russia’s Prime Minister also said earlier this month that amendments were introduced to the rules regulating the allocation of credits for technical equipment and leasing to the Russian producers of planes, helicopters and air engines.

Sukhoi will pass more SSJ100s to Indonesian, Laosian and Mexican airlines next year. Besides several Russian airlines. Russia's biggest Aeroflot airline exploits several SSJ100 for 2 years almost.
I hope, Vietnam will choose SSJ100 in case Vietnam need new regional jets

If air ticket is 15-20 USD for the flight from HaNoi to HCM city(normal price is from 50-150 USD now)by Super Jet 100 and we're allowed to use parachute in case of emergency, I'm sure that there're millions VNese will not hesitate to book it ^^.

Hope Russia can help VN customers to buy a discount ticket in few years like that.

MOSCOW, November 22 (RIA Novosti) - Indonesia’s Civil Aviation Authority on Thursday issued an airworthiness certificate to Russia’s Sukhoi Superjet-100 airplane (model RRJ-95B), Sukhoi Civilian Aircraft said.
The certificate allows the jet’s export to Indonesia and its operation by the country’s airlines without restrictions.
“We are now completely ready to supply the aircraft to our first client in Southeast Asia, Indonesian carrier Sky Aviation,” Sukhoi’s First Vice President Igor Vinogradov said.
Sky Aviation has ordered 12 SSJ-100s, the first one of which is to be delivered before the end of the year.

Bcz No VNese customers will accept to fly by SSJ100s now. Only the rich and the middle income Vnese can afford to buy air ticket, so they won't rick their lives for the new jet.

If you can help the poor VNese to flight , then, you will have a huge number of customers.

Regarding SSJ100 as a new jet, a Swiss business airline Comlux plan to buy SSJ100 as business jet.
