Only the pilot himself can destroy the AIM-120C5. The auto self destruct capability was introduced in late 2006. The C6, C7 versions incorporated it.
Either these keyboard losers do not know about it or they just want their diaper changed. IAF has been training with Singaporeans and Thai for years. They know it, we know it.

Agree on there being no self destruct on c-5s and earlier.

While it is possible those satellites will prove a point - it is not in the interests if the United States to release this information due to the complex nature of the relationships between India & the US which overlap Defense sales.

At least in the US someone cries foul - but in Militocracies like Pakistan or immature fascist regimes like in India currently which need public opinion on their side to continue business - image is everything. This proves that PAF shoot three jets with jf17 using two sd 10..one sd10 went through mirage 2000 and then same sd10 hit su30 and circled back to hit mig21

but please dont disclose sd-10 is using an AP round now and one can hit multiple targets.

Dear SQ8, US is not the only ones with Satellites. China has the data/imagery as well. Why it has not been released is probably due to political and strategic constraints.

China is not as sophisticated nor as widespread - the US has a lead in surveillance satellites by about 40 years or so. They were picking out nose pins on women in the 70’s
