I have never heard anything about people in China blaming Pakistan for terrorism, but many ordinary people do doubt the commitment of Pakistan since in their eyes islamic nation is less likely go against islamic movement. And also there are some frustrations to see Pakistam unable to clean all the millitant or anti state groups within its border, if Pakistan cant solve such problems in its own border then what is preventing foreign terrorists from using its territory as breeding ground for terrorism? (Afghan taliban for example)
