Templates for New Thread creation.

I wanted to know of any feature in the current Forum by way of which we can create, store and use self-defined templates for various tasks like creating Threads, replying to specific sections etc. ?

So, let's say that i want a certain layout defined by me for creating a Thread. e.g. Thread title of size X, Author of the post and details of the post within 2 horizontal rows etc. So instead of using the normal Forum defined tags, i would use a template tag like
[TITLE]My Title[/TITLE] [AUTHOR]Author and Time of Posting[/AUTHOR] and so on which would ultimately render the forum defined tags.

Do let me know I sound hazy ; I'd be glad to provide more details.
