"It is possible but very unlikely..Russia will not sell her most prized tech to any country..Russia does not even sell aircraft to Iran let alone hypersonic tech..remember India and Iran are the only two countries in West Asia that have hypersonic wind tunnels..Iran's Mach 8 tunnel was operational in 2014..we now know why.."
