Taslima not such a great poet: Dipu Moni

DHAKA: Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni said Bangladeshi dissident writer Taslima Nasreen is not such a great poet in Bengali language that she keeps the right to get so much attention.
The minister made the remarks at a launch party with the members of Indian Journalists Association, UK.
A journalist from the lunch party informed this to banglanews through an email.
Replying to a question, she said, I personally like Taslimas several poems. But, she is not such a prominent writer in Bengali language. It is totally my personal opinion.
The minister also presented different development programmes of the ruling government.
In response to a query about Bangladesh-India border, Dipu Moni said, There is no place of terrorism and extremism in our society. Inter-border terrorism is now under control.
Chairperson of Commonwealth Journalist Association Rita Payne was also present at the lunch party.
