The kingdom deported 39,000 Pakistanis, accuses national of several criminal activates

RIYADH: In the past four months, Saudi Arabia deported about 39,000 Pakistanis from the Kingdom for violating the rules of residence and work, Saudi Gazette reported on Tuesday, quoting informed security sources as saying.

They said that multiple Pakistanis were jailed for a number of crimes, like drug trafficking, thefts, forgery and physical assault.

Against this backdrop, Abdullah Al-Sadoun, chairman of the security committee of the Shoura Council, called for ‘thoroughly scrutinising’ the Pakistanis before they are recruited for work in the Kingdom.

“Pakistan itself is plagued with ‘terrorism’ due to its close proximity with Afghanistan. The Taliban movement was itself born in Pakistan,” he said.

The sources also stated that a number of Pakistani nationals were allegedly involved in some ‘terrorist’ actions - orchestrated by Daesh - is a cause of public and societal worry.

He asked for closer coordination with the concerned authorities in Pakistan to thoroughly check those coming to work in the Kingdom due to the involvement of a number of Pakistanis in security issues, the report said.

Sadoun said the political and religious inclinations of the Pakistanis coming to work in the Kingdom should be known to both sides before they are recruited for work.

Saudis have a short memory, Back when Soviets Invaded Afghanistan, it was the American's & Saudis who funded the Mujahideens to fight a war against Soviets, 1Billion USD was given in terms on Weapons, Training & Money to War Lords to maintain their Armies...

Not the bad things but incomplete statement quoted by great Daily Times. Actually, Taliban creation goes back to D.C and those beautiful pictures with Regan and the so-called statements of our boys.

TTP was born in Pakistan with help of our neighbors indeed and true that we were plagued with terrorism due to Afghanistan and interestingly, Indian presence is very large their as well. Most Pakistanis are captured in KSA due to visa violation and above all, people captured on charge of Terrorism are interestingly Afghans holding Pakistan passports etc. You should be aware that Pakistan is continuously in contact with other countries for such matters especially, we are helping them to get rid of threat in KSA as well as per our expertise because of WoT and Intel Info.

Let's give it sometime that statement holds some different aspects and is viewed in different contexts contrary to the fact. Let's the dust be settled down. Let the proper sources quote the same official in details with real and state issued statement and we are also handful of propaganda media houses that wouldn't miss a chance to misquote or mislead through such articles. An advice as it would be too early to decide as such if our neighbors are thinking for the same. The contexts are different and more of related with TTP issue and terrorism in Pakistan that actually Pakistan is facing.
