population growth is just a small factor here. there are many other social evils for the poverty increase in India

Sorry population is the most important factor, it is simple economics. If there are less people they are most likely to get jobs, education. Corruption and supression are other factors, but if population is reduced it will help than anything else.

Yeah talk about respect sure, how about questioning those who were responsible for the killing of your ancestors? Anybody got the self-respect or guts to punish anybody responsible for that yet? Or maybe we should kill the poor starved section of our population right now and then gloat about our riches 50 years down the line, that ok with you for gaining respect.
