Heavy losses in early days? I doubt it.

China is famous of their Extensive Sensor Imaging Satellite Constellation, Drones, Missiles, and Artillery Power. And Taiwan unfortunately is an island without any deep save point to retreat.

So in the first week with constant bombardment like that, their defensive lines would badly mauled. Only some lucky units can give resistance, if their morale not break down under such massive bombardment.


If you use Russian example in Ukraine, Russian lacks Drone fleet & Extensive Sensor Imaging Satellite Constellation to support them. While ukraine have a connected large land area. If Russian have sufficient drone fleet, the course of the war would be very different

The exercise of sovereignty over the island’s water and airspace is an important step, but yes China should start providing SSN tech to Iran, invite Syria into the SCO, and supply IRBM to Venezuela and Cuba

What we really fear is that military action will cause a large number of casualties to Taiwanese people, that will make Taiwanese people really hate us.

Then the USA will use hatred to continuously incite rebellion in Taiwan and use the lives of Taiwanese people to consume our national strength. Taiwanese and we are the same nation, and we don't want to kill each other.
