Hey I bet most people speak Arabic in Arab countries...probably a better language to use in a tank console in Syria.

Maybe they should hire Disney for their tank language conversions.

What so surprising? Even Chinese military hardware like armour vehicles or tanks sold to Middle east countries are instructed in English.

T-62M is able to shoot ATGM. I think T-72B3 could in fact shoot laser beam riding ATGM.
