For your first part, it's a fact that most Muslim countries are backward as of our present time. Even your own people agree. Its not something i invented/imagined. The only few Muslim countries in the middle east i can think of who are forward looking/advanced is Turkey. At least it is industrilased to some extent and striving for more,despite not having any natural resources unlike the others, it also produces some equipments which are competitive in some parts of the world. Apart from Turkey in the middle east, i can't really think of another country who doesnt really on its natural resources for survival.

Secondly, where did i say this is a Terrorists Forum? The "breaking up the Russian sphere of influence" argument conflicts with the reality that NATO and Russia agreed that both parties could deploy their peacekeepers in Kosovo under separate commands.

So piss poor job. Why? Because no infantry, ie ground campaign. If you think of it logically.....the job of creating a safe space and living conditions for the refugees cannot be done with airpower alone.

The Americans supplied airpower and the NATO Europeans the first ground troops - the U.S. deployed ground forces as peacekeepers some months later.
