I don't care for ISIS, as far as facts go though, no that isn't the case. ISIS entered Yazidi areas after Yazidi Kurds coordinating with US air force invaded Syria for offensive but it went wrong and they lost the battle they started. Coalition air campaign only came as result of Iraqi state request. West weighs its interests, it doesn't intervene based on humantarian purpose. If it did, there would be war crimes trials in their own nations.
