Saudis need our assistance in maintaining and training on their weapons. Hundreds of not thousands of active service military personnel are on duty in Saudi Arabia. If Pakistan does provide them nuclear weapons, then 1) it will be an extremely dangerous precedent which will not go unnoticed 2) Pakistan will have to actively involve to maintain and make the weapons usable if need be.

Also, its point to note that Saudi policy is never divergent from the policy of US. They play on the turf which US laid down.

If you mean weapons than you do not know nukes work, Pakistan can leave a warhead in the middle of terrorist area and they would not be able to detonate it at all, there are a lot of mechanism that go into detonating such as weapon codes and stuff like that. There was a thread about it somewhere here you can look up.

As for Saudis I doubt Pakistan would risk it because after Pakistan was snitched out for helping Iranian and Libyan nuclear programs Pakistan has gotten paranoid about helping others as it might bring sanctions that would cripple Pakistan or worst case an ill fated attempt by US to try and disarm Pakistan.
