There was analysis now if he gets 3 years after this 6 month period.. then his tenure will end after next election... Kind of stability i think..
On topic: If PM and Cheif thinks the reasons for his extension were necessary then they mustn't take this to heart and continue. As the the reasons are important not some articulated road bumps...

Negative. Lower House has special powers when it comes to money matters, please read the Article 50 of the Constitution. In other matters, a joint sitting is called.
