simple answer no , Honestly Army has no interest with clashing with any institution , they have many more fronts which are extremely hostile and they are dealing it with them , Democratic process is going on and it will keep going , until it matures .

Pakistan was already at bottom of socio-economic crisis and now this clash of institutes triggered by non other than Donkey King.

پارلیمانی کمیٹی کا اجلاس، ججوں کی تقرری کیلئے انٹرویو لینے کی منظوری​

اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) پارلیمانی کمیٹی کسی بھی شخص کو طلب، مدعو یا انٹرویو کر سکے گی جبکہ جس امیدوار کی تقرری بطور جج زیر غور ہوگی، اس کا بھی انٹرویو کیا جا سکے گا۔

ججوں کی تقریری کیلئے تشکیل پارلیمانی کمیٹی کا اجلاس علی محمد خان کے زیر صدارت ہوا جس میں قواعد وضوابط میں ترامیم کی باضابطہ منظوری دی گئی۔

پارلیمانی کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں ہونے والی ترامیم کے مطابق اگر نامزد امیدوار جج انٹرویو کیلئے دستیاب نہیں ہوگا تو اس کی نامزدگی مسترد تصور ہوگی۔ نئے رولز میں مسترد شدہ کیسز کے بارے میں بھی طریقہ کار فراہم کر دیا گیا۔

نئے ترمیم شدہ مسودہ میں پارلیمانی کمیٹی کو سب کمیٹی تشکیل دینے کا بھی اختیار دیدیا گیا ہے۔ مسلسل تین اجلاسوں میں شرکت نہ کرنے والے اراکین کی رکنیت منسوخ کر دی جائے گی۔

کمیٹی کے آئندہ 4 دسمبر کو ہونے والے اجلاس میں نئے چیئرمین کا انتخاب کیا جائے گا۔ نئے منتخب ہونے والے چیئرمین 6 ماہ تک کمیٹی کی صدارت کریں گے۔
اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے ججز کی تقرری کیلئے نامزد امیدوار کو انٹرویو کیلئے بھی مدعو کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔

Who will take interview of parliamentarians? who them selves stands invalidate on grounds of article 52.

They sent COAS extention case to Parliament now they should get ready as well because Parliament will take care of slow and old laws of our Judicial system as well with no chance of excuse for them .

I hope they also amend the constitution that army chief is not selected by bloody politicians, but by national security council.

Aitizaza Ahsan has no credibility. He has long history of anti state and anti army statements.

I warned abt this..there might be a new Iftikhar chaudhary in making..
Its a blunder cum hypocrisy of Khoja sb and media giving hype to a non issue.... Let me draw your attention to few things which media will not bring out:
1. When Govt / Imran Khan puts a condition of indemnity bonds, why courts interfere and grant him an easy escape route?
2. Why Mariam was granted bail?
3. Extension was granted in Aug. Petitioner turns up and then withdraws his Petition on 26 Nov. Khoja sb not allowing Petitioner to withdraw and converting it to 184 (Suo Moto Notice) / Matter of public interest.
4. Big daddy of Khoja sb and many other judges, Gen Musharraf also comes to their mind all of a sudden...

What's in Khoja Sb head..
1. Our Judges want judicial reforms of their own choice, which includes more of personal objectives and do not have any relevance with public interest.
2. Post retirement package, which includes permanent positions at NAB, Election Commission and other Govt offices is yet another innocent demand.
3. Qazi Faiz Isa's corruption came up during his security clearance. Security clearance is mandatory for every person on a sensitive duty / important position but our Judges want exemption. It does not stop here, their customized demand includes pardon from being asked on bank balances, their foreign assets.
4. Stock Market gets stable and starts showing record improvement, Current account deficit gets controlled and then all of a sudden, a few days back Alice Wells opens up at CPEC and here our judicial activism starts...

Pak needs to adopt a good way for judges nominations not party affiliates like used to be also we need to get rid Rana Iftikhars remnants too good step farward by pti Govt.

i never mentioned only Army . I said institutions which includes 1 . Courts ( esp Supreme court , Islamabad n Lahore high courts pending decisions ) , 2 . NAB n its cases . 3 . Parliament > Federal govt , Opposition parties esp PPP , JUI , PML.N role 4 . Election commission foreign funding cases of PTI , PPP , PML.N n CEC retiring in december 5 . ANF > Rana Sanaullah case . 6 . Pakistan Army ( Musharraf case , COAS case , Ex Fata prision centres e.t.c ) n few other institutions as well not to mention IMF , Kashmir issue , Nawaz Shareef not comming back , Asghar khan case e.t.c . I wish u were right . Long Live Pakistan .
