He is gesturing Falcon's claws...a gesture similar to USAF's 'Wolf packs' 8th FW and TuAF's 141 Filo ( both F-16 units).

Hello,
Can you show us some photos of the 8th FW and the 141 Filo pilots doing something similar? I am not doubting you, just that I would love to see such photos. PM me , that would be better.
