There are different training regimes in SSG training and one of them is to simulate (quite near reality) what would happen if the SSG guys on mission are caught by enemy and how would they be dealt with. Next phase is to teach them how to plan an escape and reach some destination. If the Afghani guy or whosoever he is, put this video as wanted to show Afghan Forces beating Pakistani troops, then let him/them be happy by assuming it is so.

Everyone chill the F out, this is a part of the survival, field craft and evasion exercise. This is what happens to those who are captured. Its meant to simulate being captured by the enemy, teach those captured that if this what happens in a friendly environment, they can expect much worse at the hands of the enemy. The exercise is designed to ensure that EVERYONE gets captured, there really is no escape.

Just look at the amount of people wearing the uniforms. That size should be a give away that it is a training exercise. How a proper line is formed before the beating and proper area designated for the culled on the other side. The amount of beating which is actually pretty lenient if they actually get caught should be another dead give away. "Roo kion rahay ho?" Didn't sound sarcastic to me.
