Sri Lanka rejects UN Resolution on International probe

As the civil war in Sri Lanka drew to its bloody end in 2009 the government of this island nation removed its protection from UN officials and employees, who, along with other international observers, were forced to leave the conflict zone. President Mahinda Rajapaksa and his inner circle wanted, it seemed, a war without witness.

The end result was the deliberate slaughter of an estimated 70,000 innocent civilian
s. However, many survivors, and some who died, were able to capture on camera the horrifying conclusion to the war and the cruel deprivations of the internment camps that followed. Today, through their images and testimony, Rajapaksa stands accused of war crimes.

In Sri Lanka’s Secrets experienced journalist Trevor Grant presents the shocking story of the final days of this war, alongside the photographs and eye-witness accounts of many Tamils, including Maravan, a social worker who fled to Australia by boat after being tortured by soldiers seeking his folio of photographs.

What reality? The judgment is based on accounts of ex-LTTE cadres, LTTE sympathziers who are either politicians in Sri Lanka or activists in foreign countries which have no understanding on the typical life of Tamils in Sri Lanka and self righteous people who have blood on their hand.

the typical life of Tamils in genocidal Lanka is mass rape, murders and disappearances, Tamils want freedom from NEO Nazi Sinhalas

Then all the Tamils can go to Tamilnadu and leave Sinhalese alone.

The matter of violations of human rights by it's soldiers and any other person is entirely Sri Lankan matter. No one else should be worried about that.

If they do care about that they should have come to the rescue of the Tamils long ago.

Besides there are human right violations happen in every country every day. There fore it should not be UN or any other organizations duty to impose any thing over any country because UN or any other organizations do not have any legal or moral right to intervene in another countries matters.

why must Tamils go to Tamilnadu, the only requirement is to kick out the ex Bangladeshi invaders and establish their own independent country

That's because Tamils belong in their historical homeland called Tamilnadu. Not in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka belongs to the Sinhalese. As well as US belongs to Americans.

Your argument is like telling Americans to go to England.
