Am very much familiar with situation in Hyd.

Define "south".
Goa and Maharashtra, two states I have origins and history in, also considered part of the south seem to be all about India. Even to the point of being fiercely nationalistic.
And my travels to other South Indian states have never revealed any aversion to the concept of india. Except maybe in the spoken language.
So not sure where this is coming from!

Spoken language. English can be used and there won't be any issues.

That movement is more or less dead with previous generations, the generation who saw and experienced Police action in AP. The new generation has no such wanting or aspirations...

Yes, Hyderabad Deccan has some bad religious Muslims who are also close to Pakistan ideology and carries venom against India. Especially those who still marry out their sons and daughters to Karachi. But, most of them are culturally southies. No Ummat No Chumma No Jhappy Only Ennada Rascala...
