Bro, Such collaborations/partnership/know-how transfers are common among friendly countries but when the subject is about such serius issues that objects to some international agreements, Nobody wants to attract big players anger so Nobody can know Whether Pakistan/China/Germany added know-how or not.

but I remember the statements of M. Bayar regarding Babur missiles. When It was asked wheather Turkey will consider Babur cruise missiles for TF-2000, He pointed out that What Turkey needs is more compact (maybe smaller (?)) missile with less CEP rate...

About launching cruise missile from submarines, If they design a new body (As SAGE/Roketsan does called SOM-J for F-35) which can be mounted on 533mm tubes of submarines, Sub-SOM variant can be launched from submarines.

IMO, with the technology gained from IDAS, maybe a sub version of SOM can be developed..... but as far as i know, there are no plans made for such a system.
