i am sure the number in Egypt is a lot higher despite the fact that our economy is in bad shape and we are 90 million and many of Egyptians are leaving Egypt to work if europe dont want immigrants maybe they should stay out of conflicts in the middle east instead of trying to be clever and force regime changes in all the middle east

ummah pitching in to help refugees is good and they should do lot more so that it doesn't keep spilling over to non-ummah countries so much.

But what is really required is that the ummah countries stop creating such misery and situations in the first place. And don't rush in with the tried and tired 'west should leave the muslims alone' 'dubya created isis' etc.

90% of all the refugees from Sub-Saharan Africa + war zones in the Arab world end up/are hosted in Arab countries + Turkey. 0 are hosted in the so-called "Islamic" Republic of iran although they are causing a lot of the misery by supporting murderous dictators and terrorists.

Those that have been trying to enter Europe for years are mostly Sub-Saharan Africans. They just use the Arab North Africa as a springboard as it borders Europe almost directly. Excluding some of the very desperate Syrian refugees who have been trying to reach Europe in recent months.

More should be done though, I agree but saying that nothing is done is idiotic. Or posting photos of state officials visiting or leading aviation firms. So the non-wartorn Arab and Muslim countries should simply stop functioning and progressing just because of 2-3 civil wars in the neighborhood? Ridiculous notion.

KSA already hosts more Muslim migrants than any country on the planet, including well over 1 million Syrians. Many of whom were welcomed a long time ago due to oppression in the Al-Assad rule Syria. Now many Yemenis are trying to migrate into KSA while there are already almost 2 million of them. KSA and the GCC also has its own problems to deal with, it can't solve everything.

KSA is already the largest Muslim donor nation together with Turkey. Just ask the UN or make a google search or two. It's not that hard.

Besides point your criticism against our leaders not the common man and woman. They cannot do much themselves other than donating to refugees and war victims which many do often. Nor is everyone in KSA rich as many believe, many also face hardships.

This thread makes it sound like all the refugees are hosted in Europe and not the Arab world while the reality is that 90% of them are hosted locally in the Arab world + Turkey by states that have much fewer resources than the richest European states.

Since the thread stater is in love with the "peaceful" Bashar al-Assad and his regime + Putin (Russia) why is Russia not hosting any refugees from Syria despite being heavily involved in that conflict, arguably more than anyone else?
