In general Iran's nature is mesmerizing.
Lucky Iranians are truly blessed in this regard.

if u leave the camera on certain minute exposure then u will get the same result! anything that is moving (in this case its moon) will leave a trail or something behind....(that is wat i think)

Thats almost correct
one can use long exposure times and that will capture the movement
it's a same effect when we take a picture of a road and the cars look like a long streak of light.
In this case the photographer has fixed the frame and taken several pictures
and superimposed them; thus we can see the movement at discrete levels
instead of a continuous range.
