I think it's really a product of social norms. In South Asia and the Middle East, young attractive women in stylish or revealing clothes are rarely seen in public.

In East Asia, there are tons of attractive women just walking around in skimpy clothes and it's no big deal. So guys are not going to wig out if they saw a girl walk by because they see it all the time.

South Asian Muslim women dress modestly but South Asian Muslim men do not go around raping women. This is something to do with the Indians/Hindus. I am not sure if it their religion or culture but they are mentally unstable and depraved of sex.

You forget what pakistanis were doing in turkey , there was nationwide outrage against pakistanis filming turkey girls , whole world condemned them on twitter .

Why don't Singapore kick out all Indians?
