This is not feasible. These ethnic people can boast as much as they want about teaching students in their ethnic language but in essence they can't because all major scientific/academic/historical are either in English and to some extent in Urdu.

Have you ever been to Sindhi medium school? Everything from Biology to Physics every science subject is in Sindhi.

He is for most of the educated Sindhis. Raja Dahir is regarded as son of soil who died fighting foreign invasion. While Muhammad Bin Qasim is regarded as tyrant foreign invader who massacred Sindh’s people.

You need to understand that most Sindhis don’t look up to their foreign invaders. Whether be it Muslim or other faith. Just look up heroes of Sindh which include Raja Dahir, Makhdoom Bilawal, Dollah Darya Khan Lashari, Hemu Kalani, Mir Sher Muhammad Talpur, Hosh Muhammad Sheedi. Which all died fighting foreign invasions of Arabs, Arghun Turks and British.

18th ammendment was nothing more than a gurantee for PPP to get its share from public funds rather than anything to do with sindhi language and culture infact in reality no greater threat to sindh exist other than PPP itself which has coverted a vibrant sindh culture into bhuttoism.
Sindhis got more depraved after 18th ammendment. You want evidence, no further devolution of power and funds below provincial level is as clear as it gets.

You are confusing an Urdu vs English debate to a cultural debate. A political party interests with that of sindh population.

China has many regional dialects aswell, but i dont see them teaching courses in regional languages infact the national language as compared to foreign language.
