Significance of EMP based weapons in Pakistani context

Has Pakistan overlooked an important potential technology and weapons.
With EMP based weapons we could take out enemy installations and strategically important assets without causing escalation to the point of nuclear conflict.

dude no one wants to talk about EMP but any nuke armed missile can be used as an EMP...
Don't assume its being overlooked...

Another option is a Pakistani "MALD"; GaN Jammer/Decoy inside a cruise missile;
launched from mobile launchers or aircraft to disable enemy air defense before launching major missile attacks against enemy C4ISR or air defense protecting attacking troops

I agree Pakistan should seriously work towards building EMP technologies we have manpower who can work on this project.

Hi,

This thing is coming back after 10 + years I wrote about on this forum---.

There were some pakistani students studying at UCLA around 2 decades ago---. UCLA was doing research on the emp device---these boys were a part of the team---.

Supposedly they brought the information back with them---. I had posted the link to the article and the magazine the article was published in on this forum.

There was also a movie that came out with Bruce Willis in it using the device in Las Vegas.
