Do it through an international donor and stay away from local militant outfits, who also have offices for "helping" out the IDP's....
every dollar you donate to them, they'll buy weapons for 90 cents and 10 cents will actually go towards the "help".........

not yet....waiting to go to Pakistan and do it myself...havent talked to dad will ask him to do too...most likely he already has but will ask...

Who stood in solidarity with us when we lost 60ks odds Pakistanis in the name of so-called jihad? Who stands with us when lunatics blow schools, mosques, churches, hotels, airports, government installations and there's a list? Didn't hear even a single word on solidarity or something from so-called brethren when thousands of our people were sitting on the roads in Quetta with 100+ dead bodies of their beloved ones.

Seems unlike them we are wellas... We, Pakistanis, better stand in solidarity with waziristan IDPs... They need us in this crucial time.

I was actually thinking of donating clothes and shoes and stuff rather than money I dont trust what people do with money!

I give lump sum to mom...... zakat / sadqa / donations annually to her and leave it to her best judgement....... this is the first time, I did help out by myself as well................

My dad says the same and everytime : earthquake/flood in Pakistan and previous gaza thing dad donated, collected the money from his colleagues and also donated to the embassies in the country we were in....

Money should be donated to both IDPs and Palestinians regardless of any differentiation.
I stand for both-for my people and the people of PALESTINE as I consider this logic as invalid whether Arabs supported us or Palestine in the past or not.

WE have already shown solidarity with every one , but no one showed any for us , so for now lets focus on our problem, once we take care of those then we can extend the Helping hand to others .

If you want to show solidarity then show it to IDP's who do not have a place to live , show it to the Army who are staking their lives to protect us .

We Pakistanis want to help & solve everyone's problems , But our own .
