Only Indian poster that makes sense on this thread, if Bangladesh people's majority prefers this governance than why does anyone care if it is implemented.

But the Hadith were written 3 to 400 years after the Prophet.

Hadith were compiled within 50-100 years of prophet Muhammad (pbuh) death. Iman Shafi, maliki, and hanifi were all born within 100 years of the Prophet (pbuh) death and they have compiled tons of hadith after careful scrutiny of statements recieved from the companions of the prophet and the companions of the four Rashidun chalips. Verrification of the hadits were done upon comparing them with the statements of the QURAN. Any hadits with the slightest of doubt were thrown out by them. For example Iman bukhari compiled 2000 hadits over 2/3 decades by examining about 300000 hadits i.e he took 1 out of every 150 hadits as authentic after careful scrutiny and the rest were thrown out. Even then all of those above mentioned scholars have said that " if u find any of my statments going against Allah (swt) and his Rasool, them throw them out". Even they argued us to accept their compiled hadits after careful research. Now their are enough authentic hadits approved by all the ISLAMIC offcial institutes and ulemas to be authentic and good enough to cover all sorts of laws and systems and perfectly compliments the QURAN.

And, the parliaments/ congress are elected by the people - and the people are free to protest against any rule or law and can go to court to have them repealed - it is not based on old literature but on what's current and whats required presently.

Oh yes and that is exactly the same system which would be implemented if Sharia would be used in Bangladesh so it is a moot point. The constitution of the United States is over 200 years old yet there cannot be a law made that can contradict it. Same would be applied except Quran would serve as the constitution and laws can be made as long as they do not contradict the laws laid out in Quran. Example in the Quran it says you cannot kill innocents, so the government would not be able to make a law that contradicts that law.

Who I have a problem with is Jetti because he has made a conclusion that Islam is bad so his questions are not for the purpose of learning but for the purpose of trolling. You are trying to learn so that is fine.

if you are raised vegetarian, the very sight and smell of meat makes you puke. I feel that meat eaters are sad. and brahmins eat meat.
HInduism never says not to eat beef. its just a practise and highly civilised culture of hindus that they pay respect to a life giving animal like cow which gives us milk and nourishes us.
if you are an intelligent being you will understand this respect.

You got it wrong - the laws can be repealed or changed by popular mandate and it keeps happening - there are a few basic tenets that still agrees with present life which does not need tweaking and people have no problems with it, but the day they do it will be changed.

Muslims say that Quran is the word of God so how can they claim something that is in contradiction of said word and still claim to follow the same God. We have no problem with them following their faith what we have a problem with is them saying they are one of us when they contradict our faith. Besides the labeling on non Muslim was started by their religious founder not by us, we were fine with them until their leader declared everyone who did not follow him as non Muslim. I never said Wahabbis are non Muslim do not put words in my mouth, I said they have the wrong interpretation and me and many other forum posters are against their interpretation. Slaughtering is the word and it's not in Indian constitution -some states have restricted it - some states have restricted consumption of alcohol as well.
