How come you are saying this when the news is al over the media?

Technically Nawaz is claiming he will come back but he is not allowed to by ou laws. Musharraf will not let him in anyway that is clear. If he comes he will be jailed because when he was "banished" to Saudi it was on the condition that he would not return to Pakistan.

Supreme court declared that law as invalid. The SC is really becoming idiotic if you ask me.

However he will primarily goto jail on charges of Tax Evasion and the government will try for Treason as well. If the banishment deal doesn't stand then the old charges should reappear.
