PESHAWAR: The Spokesperson of banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has warned the government that if they continue the operation the people of the tribal areas will suffer more than him.

In a letter that was sent to media representatives , the Taliban spokesperson said that Altaf Hussain is misguiding their people and media and he should also stop spreading propaganda against them or be ready to face the attacks.

“It’s not acceptable to us, we are serious in talks but government demonstrates that it’s not willing to hold talks in a serious manner… We warn that the government will have to bear more loss than us,” he said, but signaled that the talks could move forward if the government guaranteed protection of arrested Taliban.
