It is the will of the MAJORITY of Pakistanis which you see in the constitution of Pakistan. And that is THE democracy. You don't like it, tough! Whoever changed the constitution, that is irrelevant. The main objective, in my humble opinion, is to make Pakistan prosper. A very high level simple approach towards this end is a two step iterative process. 1. (Re)Place people in key positions based on pure merit. 2. Evaluate results after an x amount of time. And then repeat.

Looking at Seert-un-Nabi (PBUH) allows us to observe how he facilitated even prisoners of war (non-believers) to free themselves by teaching muslims who were unlettered at the time.
