Will do.

I doubt nowadays many people will sit and watch historical things when there is stupid YouTube channels to watch. Hardly anyone will sit down and read a book.
Alas!
Taking into consideration how youtube works, it really does make one wonder doesnt it? What ones getting fed.

Plenty of Turks came here but were seriously outnumbered by locals, their population was eventually absorbed into native population, they eventually lost their language too. These Turkic tribes still live in Pakistan's Hazara region.

It's not about number that much as even in anatolia they where outnumbered, they could have turkified the population if they stayed. The reasons they didn't stay was or preferred anatolia

1.Anatolia was similar to central Asia geography wise and was suitable for the mass horses
2. The weather of India was too hot and was not favoured by the soldiers and suitable to them

Please watch the whole video has great information

I was just watching a ted-ed profile of the Byzantium Empire and that Roman empire became Byzantium empire later on. there's ample information on the internet and in the books, of non-Muslim history. We need to compile all our Muslim history and analyze that in a comprehensive way. I remember when I was a kid, my dad (An infantry soldier, still serving) had bought me a super comprehensive & expensive encyclopedia of the history of the world for kids and it contained a timeline which explains each important event and civilization, which was my go to reference guide for everything related to history up until internet became primary source of info. We need something like this for the next generation. We need to value our history so we can learn from it. All this New World Order stuff keeps repeating itself (lawrence of arabia did it a century ago and MBS will do it again now) we need to learn and be ready as an Ummah but we cant do it unless we study our past and all the important events/personalities in our past
