Seeking help to translate Persian / Urdu to English

I seek help from any member to translate ( or share the gist of ) an old document whose image is below.

Not sure if this is in Urdu or Persian ( possibly the later ) .It pertains I believe to the Nawab of Jhajjar.

It's not Persian, Looks Haryanvi written in Urdu/Persian script. Anyway, It's some kind of report about fight against 300 British solider & Jihadis in which Jihadis are killed something like that

Script is old and fuzzy and the language used is heavy old urdu

It's not Urdu to begin with except script.

The Old Urdu Was Heavily Persianized And Had Very Little Punjabi/Hindi/Sanskrit Influence.This Is That Script We Pakistanis Can Read It But Understanding It Is Difficult
