He should have stayed while his family was in East Pakistan? Yeah right, get realistic. Blame for losing East Pakistan lies squarely on Pakistanis themselves. Family comes first and most people would make the same choice.
PS, we also know any Bengali who stayed behind would have no career in the PAF left to speak of. Not even M M Alam, who was also a Bengali, had much of a flying career after 71.
