And maybe your teachers did not teach you about osmosis where water moves from higher conc (Pakistan) to lower conc (where excessive pumping of water by farmers on the Indian side of Punjab

Excessive pumping as in more efficient farming from the Indian Punjab as compared to the Pakistani Punjab? In a nutshell , Indian farmers are more efficient than Pakistani farmers. Now let's watch the Pakistani Mujahideen on PDF come online and demand that Pakistan goes to war with India over this

When did scientists says that? Website date says June 22, 2013. But it could be just the date of publication. So when did scientists give that report?

What are ther farmers in Punjab suppose to do let their fields go dry ? They have been hit quite bad as it is , as in they have to invest 4-5 lakh every 2-3 year for a deeper hole to get the water from inside the earth , as the level of water is decrease every year or two , its a dog eat dog world fellas why did U think they wud give any concession to Pakistanis?

Also , the water conservation techniques in India suck big time. people should try to conserve water on their own level atleast in Punjab, forget the piece of $hit Badal`s to help them ... Badal`s are too busy filling their own bank account.
Off topic - Last year I heard that Parkash Singh Badal forcefully took over all the private transport company buses and is running them himself. He wudnt even let the Train line from Chandigarh to Ludhiana (if i m not wrong) run coz it wud hit his transport business (as trains fares are cheaper).

Don't delude yourself that Pakistan is intentionally such low volumes for some sort of quality control purposes. It is ONLY because Pakistan is using outdated and backward practices that lead to inefficiency and low productivity.

Why should Indian farmers suffer cause of Pakistani incompetence? Your country can't produce/provide electricity how is that Indian Punjab's fault? Indian farmers in Punjab get (or atleast used to get) free electricity for farming which resulted in increased crop output.
